What is PROSAFE?
PROSAFE is a BioInnovate-funded project, implemented by HottiServe East Africa Limited, in partnership with ICIPE.The Project will contribute to an increased accessibility and use of innovative biopesticide products developed by ICIPE.
Objectives“This project will greatly strengthen the East African region’s ability to safeguard food safety, through sustainable crop production with minimal impact environment and human health, whilst also promoting the use of bio pesticides amongst small scale farmers. Through an innovative supply chain model, farmers will now have greater access to bio pesticides at an affordable price, through the creation of Bio Hubs© within their farming communities.”
