About HottiServe

Hottiserve East Africa Limited (HEAL) is a socio-economic and progressive agribusiness enterprise at the forefront of promoting the adoption of horticultural innovation. We are dedicated to transforming the smallholder horticultural sector in Africa. By leveraging innovative services, research, biotechnology, and strategic partnerships, we connect smallholder farmers to innovative technologies, markets, information resources, both digitally (website, social media, and mobile platform – under development) and via field extension services, fostering sustainable crop production practices and rural agro-processing. Established in 2008, we are involved in the co-development of novel agricultural products and support their pre-commercialisation development efforts and fast track market entry. Our services, which impact the economic and technological growth and sustainability of the horticultural and staple food sector of the East African region. HottiServe has passionate, professional and experienced staff to ensure that we deliver on our commitment to serve our clients. HottiServe works in partnership with like-minded organizations and stakeholders in the industry, committed to environmental sustainability, food security and sustainable economic empowerment of farming communities. Our mission is to empower smallholder growers through sustainable agriculture technologies that not only boost productivity and incomes but also promote environmental stewardship. Our current region of focus is the Great Lakes region mainly Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania Rwanda and Burundi, and we intend to expand our activities into the wider African continent.
